The Florida Bond is the most used Down Payment Assistance program in the state and can help you purchase a home with little or no money out of your pocket.  Here is a short video explaning the benifits and costs of using this program.

Below is a list of documents we will need.  You do not need these to start things off but just know that we will need them sooner or later.  You may want to start putting them together as soon as you can. 

                                                              Documents Needed 

There are some things you should not do prior to or during a loan request.  We have to verify just about everything about you and your finances.  If you are doing things that cannot be verified or that change your financial situation, it could hurt your chances of being approved for a home loan.  Below is a list of the most common things we have seen that have cause great problems in getting a loan approved.  If you have to do one of these, call us and ask us how you need to document it.
